There is no pathway, arrangement, or circumstance under which a retail individual can access Hawk's signals, copy trading services, or the Automated Trade Execution Bridge directly. These services are available exclusively to regulated Introducing Broker Partners located outside Australia who have entered into a formal commercial and compliance relationship with Hawk.

Signal licensing by Hawk is distinct from financial product advice. Signals represent outputs of a systematic, rule based methodology and are provided to licensed broker counterparties as commercial data products. The manner in which a licensed broker then deploys such signals - including whether, and in what form, they are made available to the broker's own clients - is entirely the responsibility of that broker and is subject to the broker's own regulatory obligations.

Hawk is not responsible for the manner in which licensed brokers present, describe, or make available signal derived services to their own client base. Any communication between a licensed broker and its retail clients in connection with signal related services is the responsibility of that broker and is subject to their applicable regulatory framework.

Hawk's Introducing Broker Partners are strictly separated from Hawk's educational community. Introducing Broker Partners have no access to, and are not permitted to interact with, members of Hawk's educational community (The Campus) for any commercial purpose.
